For Private Package 

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit sum equal to 30% of the package price must be paid within 2 weeks of your initial booking request.
The balance of the package price is due 12 weeks prior to your departure date.
Payments are expected to be made through bank transfer in Euros.

For Classic Package and Ski Touring

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit sum of Euro 2'500 must be paid within 2 weeks of your initial booking request.
The balance of the package price is due 12 weeks prior to your departure date.
Payments are expected to be made through bank transfer in Euros.
Group booking discounts on request.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and medevac insurance covers.
Once a booking is made we incur significant expenses and long term commitments on your behalf. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds if you are subsequently forced to cancel less than 12 weeks before your trip begins. If you cancel your trip earlier than twelve weeks before your departure date, we will refund any payments made minus your non-refundable deposit.

If you have to cancel your trip after having paid the deposit or balance, the following options are available to you.

  • Rescheduling to a later date in the same season in which you are booked.
  • Finding a substitute to take your place. (It is up to you and your substitute to resolve the financial reimbursements between yourselves)
  • Making a claim on your cancellation insurance.

Refunds: If, due to circumstances beyond our control, HHA is forced to cancel your trip, we will give you a full credit for one of the following three years or offer rescheduling of your booking to a later date in the same season in which you are booked.

Private Package

For Private Packages, if, due to bad weather or mechanical problems the group does not manage to fly the entitled hours, refunds are made on the following basis

  • For an entitlement of 8 helicopter hours per week for groups of 1 to 3 skiers: Refundable hours are 2
  • For an entitlement of 12 helicopter hours per week for groups of 4 to 6 skiers: Refundable hours are 3
  • For an entitlement of 14 helicopter hours per week for groups of 7 to 9 skiers: Refundable hours are 4

Classic Package

If, due to bad weather or mechanical problems none of the groups on your week manage to reach the guaranteed 20'000 vertical meters of descent, refunds will be made at Euro 100 per 1000 meters un-skied up to 20'000 vertical meters.

If one group in the week reaches the guarantee. Other groups or individuals who had the opportunity, but did not reach 20'000 vertical meters, will not be refunded.

Refunds for un-skied meters will not be made in cases where injury, illness, a lack of fitness or an unwillingness to continue skiing is the reason for not reaching 20'000 vertical meters.

Calculation of Vertical Meters

Vertical meters are based on the maximum skied by an individual skier in the package. If at the end of the week no skier has reached the 20'000 vertical meters guaranteed minimum, refunds will be made based on the maximum level reached within the package. (Euro 100 refund per full 1'000 vertical meters)

Additional Vertical Meters

Extra vertical meters charges will be levied once individuals pass 30'500 vertical meters of skiing. (Euro 120 per 1'000 vertical meters or portion thereof rounded off to the nearest 100 vertical meters)
